What is NERALVO Halo?

Can Halo record without a phone?
Yes. Halo can save audio directly to its built-in 64GB storage. You can connect to the DOWAY companion app later when you want transcripts, summaries or other AI-assisted notes.
How long does the battery last?
Halo supports up to 35 hours of recording per charge under stated operating conditions. Actual results can vary with use and environment.
What does the DOWAY app do?
DOWAY can help turn compatible recordings into transcripts, summaries, action points, translations and mind maps.
Are AI transcripts and summaries always accurate?
No. Accuracy can vary with audio quality, accents, specialist language, overlapping speech and background noise. Check important names, figures, commitments, legal points and action items against the original recording before relying on them.
Is DOWAY Max included?
Yes. Every Halo order includes one year of DOWAY Max from activation.
What is included in the box?
Halo 64GB recorder, magnetic charging cable, magnetic phone ring, USB-C adapter and documentation.
Can I record any conversation?
No. Recording and data-protection rules depend on the location, context and people involved. You are responsible for obtaining consent where required and for using, storing and sharing recordings lawfully. Workplace, legal, medical or confidential recordings may need additional approval or safeguards.
