Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept by confirming dispatch. Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise shown.

Shipping and returns

Orders process within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is free worldwide and tracked where available. Customs duties, import taxes or local fees may still apply for international orders depending on the destination country. Returns and warranty support are handled through support@neralvo.com.

DOWAY companion app

Halo includes a DOWAY entitlement. The DOWAY app is operated by a third-party provider and has its own terms and privacy rules.

Legal use

You are responsible for using recording products legally and responsibly. Do not record conversations where doing so would breach consent, privacy, employment, data protection or surveillance laws.
