What is Halo?

Can Halo work without a phone?

Yes. Halo can save audio directly to its built-in 64GB storage. You can connect to the companion app later when you want AI notes.

How long does the battery last?

Halo records for up to 35 hours per charge under stated operating conditions.

What does the DOWAY app do?

DOWAY can help turn recordings into transcripts, summaries, action points, translations and mind maps.

Is DOWAY Max included?

Yes. Every Halo order includes one year of DOWAY Max from activation.

What is included in the box?

Halo 64GB recorder, magnetic charging cable, magnetic phone ring, USB-C adapter and documentation.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Standard delivery is free worldwide and tracked where available. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

How long is delivery?

UK delivery is usually 5–8 business days after dispatch. International delivery estimates vary by destination and courier route.

Can I return Halo?

Yes. Halo has a 30-day return window, subject to the refund policy.
