Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times

United Kingdom: usually 5–8 business days after dispatch.

International orders: estimated delivery times vary by destination and courier route.

Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, weather or other events outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

Worldwide delivery is free, but international orders may still be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees depending on the destination country. These charges are not controlled by NERALVO and are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, email support@neralvo.com with your order number and any relevant photos or videos.
