NERALVO mobile app

The NERALVO mobile app is a standalone NERALVO service for recording, playback, transcription, AI-assisted notes and supported Halo Bluetooth features. It does not require the DOWAY companion app. Features can depend on the user's plan, device, operating-system version, network access and supported Halo firmware.

NERALVO Halo

NERALVO sells Halo, a compact voice recorder designed to help users capture meetings, lectures, calls, ideas and important conversations where legally permitted. Supported Halo hardware can connect directly to the NERALVO mobile app for NERALVO-supported Bluetooth functions.

If a particular Halo purchase includes a separate legacy DOWAY entitlement, that is an optional third-party service governed by DOWAY's own terms and privacy practices. It is separate from the NERALVO mobile app.
