Preserve version identity
Name each transcript with processing date, model or setting where known, and review status. Keep the source audio identifier attached.
Compare material categories
- Speaker labels.
- Names and terminology.
- Numbers and dates.
- Negative and conditional wording.
- Paragraph boundaries.
- Missing or added speech.
Use a difference log
