Processing

Every NERALVO order is processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email the moment it ships.

UK orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — no import fees or VAT on arrival. International customers outside the UK may be charged local import duties; these are set by your country, not by us.

30-Day Returns

Return Halo within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email returns@neralvo.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Halo may be reasonably inspected and tested, but it must be returned complete, undamaged and with its original accessories and packaging. UK distance-selling customers have at least 14 days from delivery to notify us of cancellation, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the unit reaching our returns facility.

Warranty

Every Halo carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear, accidental damage and unauthorised modifications aren't covered.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, contact support@neralvo.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it.
