NERALVO ("we", "us", "our") is operated by AVENRAL VENTURES LTD, registered in England & Wales (company no. 16895161), registered office 42 Cotman Walk, Lockleaze, Bristol BS7 9UQ. This policy explains what data we collect when you buy from neralvo.com, how we use it, and the rights you hold over it.

1. Data we collect on neralvo.com (Shopify)

  • Order data: name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone, payment confirmation. We never see or store full card details — those are handled by Shopify Payments, Stripe and PayPal as independent payment processors.
  • Account data (if you create one on neralvo.com): email, password hash, order history.
  • Website analytics & cookies: essential cookies for cart and checkout. Optional analytics and marketing cookies load only with your consent.

This is the data we control as the Shopify store operator.

2. Data inside the DOWAY companion app

Your Halo recordings, transcripts, summaries and any in-app account data live inside the DOWAY companion app, which is operated by a third-party provider. When you sync your Halo to DOWAY:

  • DOWAY is the data controller for your audio, transcripts and app account.
  • Their privacy policy, retention rules and data-subject rights apply to that data — not ours.
  • NERALVO does not have access to your DOWAY recordings or transcripts.

Please read the DOWAY privacy policy inside the app before linking your device. For DOWAY data deletion or access requests, contact DOWAY directly via the app.

3. Third-party AI processing

Transcription and summarisation inside the DOWAY app are produced by third-party AI providers selected and managed by DOWAY. The specific providers and models may change over time. Their handling of your audio is governed by DOWAY's agreements with those providers, not by NERALVO.

4. Why we collect what we collect

  • To process and ship your order.
  • To provide warranty, support and returns.
  • To send order updates and (with your consent) marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations.

5. Who we share neralvo.com order data with

  • Payment processors (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal).
  • Shipping partners (Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx, regional couriers).
  • Our fulfilment partner for picking and packing.
  • Email and analytics providers under data-processing agreements.

We never sell your personal data.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data held by NERALVO. Email privacy@neralvo.com and we'll respond within 30 days. For data held by DOWAY, contact DOWAY directly.

7. Retention

Order records are kept for 6 years for UK tax purposes. Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe. neralvo.com account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.

8. Cookies

Our site uses essential cookies for cart and checkout. Optional analytics and marketing cookies load only with your consent via the cookie banner.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or prominent site notice.
