These terms govern your use of neralvo.com and the products we sell. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

neralvo.com is operated by AVENRAL VENTURES LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16895161). Registered office: 42 Cotman Walk, Lockleaze, Bristol BS7 9UQ. Contact: hello@neralvo.com.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept by confirming dispatch. Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise shown and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & availability

Prices and stock are accurate at the time of listing but can change. If a pricing error is obvious and significant, we will contact you before charging.

4. Shipping & risk

Orders process within 1–3 business days. UK delivery is 5–8 business days on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. International delivery windows and rates are shown at checkout. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.

6. DOWAY companion app

Halo includes a 1-year membership to the DOWAY Premium AI App, which is operated by a third-party provider. Your use of the DOWAY app is governed by DOWAY's own terms and privacy policy. AVENRAL VENTURES LTD is not responsible for DOWAY service availability, AI model output, or any in-app purchases.

7. Use of the product

You agree to use Halo and the DOWAY app in compliance with local laws, including recording-consent rules. NERALVO is not liable for misuse.

8. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, copy, imagery, and the NERALVO and Halo marks are owned by AVENRAL VENTURES LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or incidental losses to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where your local consumer rights require otherwise.
