CALL mode should be tested with the exact phone, case, operating system and calling app that will be used. A successful test on another device does not prove compatibility.
Build a five-minute test call
Use a willing participant and read a short script containing names, figures, a negative sentence and an action with a deadline. Both people should speak quietly and normally.
Record the setup
- Phone model and software version.
- Standard call or social-app call.
- Speakerphone, earpiece or headset.
- Phone case and recorder position.
- CALL mode selected.
- Battery and available storage.
Check four outputs
- Both sides are audible.
- Volume is reasonably balanced.
- The file saves and syncs.
- Names, numbers and negative wording can be verified.
Repeat after changes
Retest after operating-system updates, new cases, new phones, app updates or Bluetooth changes.
How NERALVO Halo fits
NERALVO Halo supports CALL mode for compatible calls. Prove the exact route before relying on it for client, research or business conversations.
A passed test should be documented with the configuration and date. If either side is missing or unreliable, use an authorised alternative rather than hoping the important call behaves differently.
